The candidate will collaborate with the technical manager and the production manager in preparing the technical tender specification and will monitor the progress of projects, keeping quality, costs, and delivery times under control.<br \/>\nThe candidate will also be responsible for coordinating all after-sales technical support activities with customers.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work independently and meet targets.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility in interacting with different types of internal\/external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3\/4 years of experience as a designer in technical departments of small\/medium-sized companies.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license (category B).<\/li>\n<li>Availability for occasional national and international travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred qualifications:<br \/>\nResidence within 20\/30 km from the workplace \u2013 ROZZANO (MI).<\/p>\n<p>Required education:<br \/>\nMaster&#8217;s degree in electronic\/electrical engineering with specialization in circuit electronics.<\/p>\n<p>Contract:<br \/>\nFull-time, on-site.<br \/>\nCompensation and contract classification in line with experience (CCNL Metalworking Industry).<\/p>\n<p>Workplace:<br \/>\nRozzano (Milan &#8211;
