ELECTRONIC DESIGN ENGINEER

De Lorenzo SPA, a leading Italian company and one of the top in the world in the design, development, and production of educational equipment for technical and vocational training, is seeking for its headquarters in Rozzano (MI):

The candidate will be responsible for electronic and electromechanical projects, from the analysis of project requirements to prototype validation; will coordinate the activities of designers (internal/external) and support the Sales department in the analysis of tender specifications. The candidate will collaborate with the technical manager and the production manager in preparing the technical tender specification and will monitor the progress of projects, keeping quality, costs, and delivery times under control.
The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating all after-sales technical support activities with customers.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Flexibility in interacting with different types of internal/external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
At least 3/4 years of experience as a designer in technical departments of small/medium-sized companies.
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
Good communication skills.
Valid driver’s license (category B).
Availability for occasional national and international travel.

Preferred qualifications:
Residence within 20/30 km from the workplace – ROZZANO (MI).

Required education:
Master’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering with specialization in circuit electronics.

Contract:
Full-time, on-site.
Compensation and contract classification in line with experience (CCNL Metalworking Industry).

Workplace:
Rozzano (Milan – southern area).
